Ponystep Issue Launch

Photography by Dafydd Jones

This week saw the launch of the third issue of Ponystep Magazine with a suitably raucous party at the George and Dragon. London's most colourful characters turned out to support our latest offering, drinking and dancing until the early hours - knocking back Pincer vodka cocktails and numerous bottles of Asahi. Guests included; Lulu Kennedy, Louise Wilson, Matthew Slotover and Emily King, Richard Nicoll, Louise Gray, Erdem, Princess Julia, Mary Portas and Melanie Rickey, Philip Start, Brix Smith Start, Alice Hawkins, Erin O'Connor and Amber Anderson.

Ponystep Issue 3 hits the shelves with a Best Of British cover story. Entitled ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ the covers are graced by the incredible Georgia May Jagger, Jourdan Dunn, Joan Collins, Daphne Guinness and our first male coverstar Amir Khan, shot by the very British Miles Aldridge.

As always, the issue is a celebration of colour and pop culture and issue 3 is stronger than ever. In an exclusive interview, Tim Blanks talks life, death and 70s excess with Diane von Furstenberg; Ellen von Unwerth celebrates 10 years of London’s George & Dragon with a 47 page portfolio, suitably accompanied by a ‘retrospective’ by Paul Flynn; the inimitable Tina Knowles talks Beyonce, Destiny’s Child and gay icons, while TOWIE’s Gemma Collins divulges what it’s really like to star in the UK’s premier reality show.

As if that wasn’t enough, Jamie Morgan captures One Direction in a series of beautiful black and white portraits, and Martin Parr heads to the seaside with Cara Delavigne. Princess Julia discusses mashed potato with ‘Gossip’ and Frieze curator Sarah McCrory gets down to the nitty gritty with acclaimed artist Carsten Holler. All this and more in over 300 glorious glossy pages.

London fashion bi-annual, Ponystep, launches Issue 3. Featuring One Direction, Joan Collins, Daphne Guinness, Georgia May Jagger, Amir Khan, Jourdan Dunn, Gemma Collins, Christian Louboutin, Diane von Furstenberg, Tina Knowles and many more... Over 300 pages of bold, glossy fashion.

Ponystep is available internationally at all good independent retailers including Dover Street Market, Colette and 10 Corso Como.
